A Feature Comment, Government Procurement in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP), was published in The Government Contractor on February 17, 2016. The article examines the government procurement rules and market access opportunities provided by the recently signed TPP. It particularly focuses on the procurement commitments of Brunei, Malaysia and Vietnam, which are opening their markets to the United States for the first time. It also compares the thresholds of all the TPP parties.
